“This was an excellent choice for our quick overnight stay in Lexington. Everyone we encountered at the service desk was incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms were very clean, location is quiet and safe, close to lots of restaurant options and downtown, breakfast was good. Nothing negative to report! Overall a great stay!”

“We were in town for academy baseball and stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful! The staff, the breakfast and cleaning staff were great! There is a great bonus of $50 gift card if you stay 3 nights… be sure to book through best western though. I did not but the general manager called me to help me get the points I would have earned and the gift card. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!”

“We stopped in for one night mid road trip. The staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. I believe Sally checked us in and I can’t praise her enough for her service after a stressful day of traveling. The rooms, beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. The coffee machine was gourmet and the hot chocolate was out of this world. My kids are still asking if we can go there again for it.”

“The front desk and service staff here are awesome! The rooms are clean and the breakfast is better than I expected. You can count on a variety of breakfast foods. There is something for everyone's palate. I personally liked the waffles, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, sausage, biscuits, gravy and much more. I love the coffee machine with gourmet coffees as well as regular and espresso coffee. Enjoyed the stay.”

“Overall good hotel. I usually stay at higher level hotels, but was still impressed. The rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. Where they stood out was service and housekeeping. My room was serviced every single day which seems rare post-covid. I had an issue with my PTAC in the middle of the night. The fan blade was hitting something. Reported it as I left for work in the morning and had a brand new unit when I got back.”
